White label for agencies
Your brand on the work. Ours nowhere near your client.
Wholesale delivery for agencies who have won work they cannot staff. You keep the relationship, the brand and the margin. We do the part you sold and stay invisible while we do it.
Monte Vista Digital provides white-label marketing delivery for other agencies: measurement and attribution, paid media, SEO and AEO, reporting, audits, WordPress builds and automation, executed under the partner agency's brand. A non-solicitation agreement is signed before access is granted, deliverables carry the partner's branding or none at all, work is built inside the end client's own accounts, and the partner sets their own resale price.
01 · Before anything else
The four questions you are actually asking
Nobody chooses a wholesale partner on capability. They choose on whether the partner can be trusted near a client they spent two years earning. So these come first, and they are contractual rather than cultural.
We will not approach your client. Ever.
Non-solicitation is signed before we see a single login, it covers the whole engagement and it survives it. We do not contact your client for our own work, during or after, and we do not take them on directly if they come to us. This is the entire basis of a wholesale relationship and it is the first thing we put in writing rather than the last.
Your brand on everything, or no brand at all
Reports, audits and decks ship with your logo, your colours and your sender address, or completely unmarked so you can put your own on. There is no Monte Vista footer, no "powered by", and no link back to us. If you want us invisible, we are invisible.
You own the client relationship
By default we never speak to your client. You brief us, you present the work, you keep the relationship. If you would rather we joined a call as your team, we will, introduced as yours and under your name. That is your call to make on each account, not a policy we impose.
You set the price. We quote you a number.
You get a wholesale figure in writing for a defined scope. What you charge on top is your business and we neither see it nor have an opinion about it. There is no most-favoured-nation clause, no minimum resale price, and no requirement to disclose your margin.
02 · What you can put your name on
Take one line, or the whole delivery stack
Most partnerships start with the line the agency cannot staff, which is almost always measurement. Several never expand past it, and that is a perfectly good outcome for both sides.
Measurement and attribution
GTM and GA4 builds, click-ID capture, offline conversion import, server-side work. The line agencies most often cannot staff, and the one that makes every other line defensible.
Paid media management
Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Yelp, Local Services Ads and Performance Max, built and run inside your client's own accounts under your brand.
Daily account monitoring
Your client's accounts scanned every morning for billing holds, dead campaigns, disapprovals and pacing drift, plus a lead-form health alarm. You get the alert and look proactive; nobody sees where it came from.
SEO, local SEO and AEO
Technical fixes, intent landing pages, Google Business Profile work, and answer-engine readiness for the AI results your client is starting to ask about.
Reporting
One cross-channel report per brand per month, in your template, with your logo, sent from you.
Audits
The full written teardown, unbranded, for you to present as your own diagnostic. Several partners use this as their pitch document.
WordPress builds
Hand-built, no page builder, engineered for speed and search. Delivered into your client's hosting, or yours.
Automation builds
Lead-dispute agents, reporting pipelines, CRM workflows and internal tooling, built with guardrails and handed over documented.
03 · How an engagement runs
Four steps, and you are in front of the client for all of them
You send the brief
What the client needs, what they are paying you, and what you have already promised them. We would rather know the commitment you have made than discover it at delivery.
We scope it and quote you
A fixed scope and a wholesale number in writing, usually within a day or two. If the brief cannot be delivered for what the client is paying, we say so before you are committed rather than after.
We build under your name
Read access is usually enough to start. Everything is built inside your client's own accounts, which means nothing is ever hostage to us and your client is never asked to sign up to anything of ours.
You present it
You get the deliverable unbranded or in your template, plus a short plain-language summary of what changed and why, written so you can forward or present it without translating it first.
If the brief cannot be delivered for what your client is paying you, we tell you at scoping rather than at delivery. A partner who lets you over-promise once is not a partner you use twice.
04 · The partner terms
Published, so you can check them before you call
The terms that decide whether a wholesale relationship is safe are the ones usually buried in a contract you see at signature. Here they are up front.
Non-solicitation
Signed before access is granted. Covers the engagement and survives it.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA as standard. We do not name partner agencies publicly, including in our own marketing.
Attribution
None required. No credit line, no backlink, no case-study rights unless you offer them.
Accounts
Built in your client's own accounts on their billing. Never ours, never marked up.
Term
Per project, or month to month on retained work after the first 90 days.
Notice
30 days in writing, either direction, and we hand over everything.
Exclusivity
We will not take a competitor of your client in the same service area while we work on that account.
Escalation
One named lead on our side, reachable directly, who answers within 48 hours like any other account.
05 · Straight answers
Including the ones we lose on
Will you try to take my client?
No, and it is contractual rather than cultural. The non-solicitation is signed before we get access, it runs for the engagement and continues after it ends, and it applies even if your client approaches us first. A wholesale partner who poaches gets exactly one client and loses every agency relationship they had; the arithmetic is not close.
Does my client ever find out you exist?
Only if you tell them. Deliverables carry your brand or no brand, we send nothing directly, and we do not appear in your client's accounts as Monte Vista unless the platform requires a named user, in which case we will use whatever access arrangement you prefer.
What if my client asks who does the work?
That is your conversation and we will support whatever answer you give. Plenty of agencies say they have a specialist partner for measurement work, which is true and tends to land well. Others prefer we simply do not exist. Both are fine; tell us which and we will hold the line.
Can I resell the free audit as my own?
Yes, and partners do. You get it unbranded or in your template and present it as your diagnostic. It is genuinely useful as a pitch asset because it names real problems in the prospect's own accounts, which argues better than a capabilities deck. Volume beyond the occasional pitch becomes a scoped arrangement rather than an open tap.
How is this priced?
A wholesale number in writing for a defined scope, quoted before you commit. What you charge your client is yours to set and we neither see it nor have a view on it. There is no minimum resale price and no requirement to tell us your margin.
What is the minimum to work together?
One project. Most partnerships start with a single audit or one tracking build, because that is the cheapest way for both sides to find out whether the working relationship is any good before anything is retained.
How quickly can you turn work around?
Audits run five to ten business days. Tracking builds are usually one to two weeks depending on how much is already in place. Paid media builds depend on account size and we will give you a date at scoping and hold it. We would rather refuse a deadline than miss one you have already promised your client.
Who is this a bad fit for?
Agencies who need a body to sit on client calls under their name full time, agencies looking to mark up a monthly retainer with no defined deliverable, and anyone who needs us to sign off work we did not scope. We are a delivery partner for defined pieces of work, not a rented employee.

Send us one brief and see how it goes
Tell us what you have sold and what you need delivered. You get a scope and a wholesale number in writing, usually within a day or two, and an honest answer if the brief and the budget do not meet.
No retainer requirement · No long contract · You own everything we build
