Accessibility Statement

Monte Vista Digital aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website. Accessibility is treated as part of the build rather than as a retrofit.

What we have done

  • Colour contrast is measured rather than eyeballed, in both the light and the dark theme. Body text and interactive elements meet or exceed the 4.5:1 requirement.
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Headings follow a real hierarchy, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
  • Motion is suppressed for anyone whose system requests reduced motion.
  • Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.
  • The contact form uses persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labelling, marks errors with text rather than colour alone, and moves focus to the confirmation message after sending.
  • The form is a plain HTML form that works with JavaScript disabled.
  • Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.

Tell us about a problem

If something here is hard to use, tell us through the contact form and describe what happened. We treat accessibility reports as bugs and we will tell you when it is fixed. If the form itself is the thing that is broken for you, say so in any other channel you can reach us on and we will fix it as a priority.
