Brand, Content & Media

A brand system that survives contact with ten channels

Identity work that stops at a logo file fails the moment three vendors start producing assets. The deliverable is the system every channel pulls from, not the mark itself.

What brand strategy & creative means here

Brand strategy and creative covers positioning, messaging architecture, naming, visual identity and the ongoing ad creative library. The core deliverable is a single documented brand system every channel and vendor works from, plus a creative library versioned by channel and size, fed monthly and retired on measured performance rather than on preference.

How we run it

The plays, in order

01

Positioning before decoration

What you are, for whom, against what alternative, and why that is credible. Every visual decision downstream is arbitrary until those four are settled.

02

One brand system, everywhere

Type scale, colour with measured contrast ratios, logo behaviour, photography direction, motion and voice, documented so a freelancer, a printer and a media vendor all produce the same brand.

03

Contrast measured, not eyeballed

We measure contrast ratios rather than trusting a screen. A palette that fails on a phone in daylight is a brand problem and an accessibility problem at the same time.

04

The creative library, versioned and fed

Statics, motion and video cuts, versioned per channel and per size, added to monthly and retired on cost per lead by segment rather than on internal taste.

05

One concept, cut for every channel

A single idea cut for social, display, video, print and out-of-home. Distinct campaigns per channel cost more and build less recognition.

Common questions

Before you ask

Do we need a rebrand?

Usually not. Most brands we meet need positioning clarity and a documented system, not new artwork. We will tell you when the mark itself is genuinely the problem, and it is rarer than agencies imply.

What do we actually receive?

A written brand system, the source files, templates for the formats you produce most often, and guidelines specific enough that a vendor who has never spoken to us can produce on-brand work.

How often should ad creative be refreshed?

Watch frequency and cost per lead rather than the calendar. When frequency climbs and CPL follows it, the library is stale, and that usually lands somewhere between four and eight weeks on an active account.
